Available residences

Each unit is unique. We kept the palette consistent (white oak, honed marble, blackened steel) but varied the layouts so no two apartments feel the same.

Life inside the building

We chose amenities that residents actually use daily rather than features that look good in a brochure but collect dust.

Heated underground parking

Two spots per unit, EV chargers on every level, bike storage with a repair stand.

Private screening room

Seats fourteen. 4K projector, Dolby surround. Book it through the concierge app for movie nights or presentations.

Rooftop garden

Raised herb beds, seating clusters, a gas fire table. Open year-round. The garden faces the Laurentian hills.

24-hour concierge

Package receiving, dry cleaning drop-off, restaurant reservations, dog walking coordination. Real people, not a call centre.

Fitness and sauna

Technogym equipment, a cedar dry sauna, and a cold plunge pool. Towels provided. No membership fees.

Guest suite

A furnished one-bedroom on the third floor, available to residents at $95 per night. Your visitors stay in the building instead of a hotel.

Parcel lockers

Temperature-controlled lockers for grocery deliveries and online orders. You get a code on your phone when something arrives.

Pet-friendly policy

Dogs and cats welcome, no breed restrictions, no weight limits. A ground-floor wash station keeps muddy paws out of the elevator.

The island and its surroundings

Daphne Island sits at the edge of the St. Lawrence, a ten-minute drive from the heart of Old Québec. Here is what you can reach on foot.

The island has a grocer, a pharmacy, and two restaurants. A cycling path loops the perimeter in about twenty minutes. In winter, a maintained cross-country ski trail follows the same route.

Public transit connects Daphne Island to downtown Québec with a single bus line (route 55). The ride takes roughly twelve minutes during morning rush hour. Drivers reach Autoroute 40 in under five minutes.

  • Marché Daphne (grocery) 3 min walk
  • Clinique Île-Verte (family medicine) 5 min walk
  • École primaire des Îles 8 min walk
  • Parc riverain (waterfront park) 2 min walk
  • Vieux-Québec (Old Town) 10 min drive
  • Jean Lesage International Airport 18 min drive

Common questions

Rent covers heating, hot water, one underground parking spot, concierge service, access to the fitness room, sauna, screening room, rooftop garden, and parcel lockers. Hydro-Québec electricity is the only utility billed separately, and most residents pay between $60 and $110 per month for it depending on unit size.
We offer twelve-month leases as standard. For the Frontenac penthouse and the Sillery unit, we also offer twenty-four-month terms with a locked-in rate. Short-term arrangements (six months) may be available for select units. Ask during your viewing.
Yes. Dogs and cats are welcome with no breed or weight restrictions. We have a ground-floor pet wash station and a fenced outdoor area beside the building. We do ask that dogs be leashed in common hallways and the elevator.
Absolutely. We schedule private viewings Tuesday through Saturday. Each visit lasts about forty-five minutes and includes a walk through the unit, the amenity spaces, and the parking level. Fill out the contact form below or call us directly to pick a time.
Floors are wide-plank white oak throughout. Kitchens feature honed Carrara marble countertops, soft-close cabinetry in matte charcoal, and Miele appliances (induction cooktop, wall oven, integrated fridge). Bathrooms use large-format porcelain tile, frameless glass showers, and Hansgrohe fixtures. All windows are triple-glazed for sound insulation and energy efficiency.
Six visitor spots are available on the P1 level, accessible by intercom from the garage entrance. Guests can park for up to 48 hours at no charge. Longer stays can be arranged through the concierge.
